For this category, the judges are looking for an exceptional story that has demonstrable improvements in the perennial headache of the HR Director – employee engagement. The winner will have motivated and engaged workforce at all levels of the organisation.

Distinction in Change Management

Helping people through an organisational change is just as essential as getting the strategy right in the first place. This award will recognise a HR team who have played a pivotal role in managing and implementing organisational transformation. This category will be judged upon merit in the planning, execution and performance results from large scale change programmes.

Distinction in Adding Value

This award celebrates the demonstration of addition value creation from successful implementation of HR and people strategies. The direct, profitable results that HR strategies have achieved will be rewarded.
